Our Electrostatic Disinfection Services take roughly 10 minutes for every 1,000 square feet of area to disinfect, not including the time for setup and takedown of equipment.
That depends on 2 things, traffic and touch points for the area in question. The more traffic and touch points a given area has, the more likely it is for virus spread and the higher need for disinfection. High traffic and high touch point areas such as gyms, elevators, mailboxes and lobby waiting areas have the need for 12 disinfection sessions per month or 3 disinfection sessions per week whereas areas with high traffic and low touch point areas like hallways and some outdoor areas really only require 4 disinfection sessions per month or 1 disinfection sessions per week.
We prefer that no one be present during disinfection services without full level 3 protective gear as the risk for cross contamination exponentially increases with every additional person present during service, but In the event that someone needs to be present, it is mandatory that they wear proper PPE on their eyes, nose and mouth if they will be within 20 feet of the technician. If they will be further than 20 feet from the technician at all times during service, there is only a need for PPE on nose and mouth.
30 minutes after the technician has completed your disinfection service, the area is free to enter again without the need of PPE.
We often require a 10 hour window between booking and servicing of your facility, but if you are in need of emergency services, we recommend you call us so we can expedite your disinfection request.
Our chemical solutions have been tried and tested for all surface types as well as electronics and we have never had an issue with it. That being said, in the event that something did happen, we do have a $3,000,000 insurance policy that not only covers the general contractor points in tile, windows or any facility physical damage, but also covers any and all damages as a result of our technology or chemical solutions.
The chemical solution can last up to 90 days on your surfaces, but it all depends on the environment of said surface, it’s traffic and use.
In the world of virus spread, unfortunately there is no such thing as a 100% guarantee. Yes, we can guarantee you that our solutions kill 99.99% of all pathogens, but we can’t guarantee that one of your COVID-19 carrying patrons doesn’t walk in just after our technician leaves the building and spreads their germs all over touchpoints creating a new virus hot spot. The best plan of action for proper care is interior control with the use of our electrostatic disinfection all while exterior control of hand sanitizer, temperature readings as new patrons enter your facility.
Our prices vary by category (Residential, Commercial, Mobile) and service area square footage. For large facilities more than 1,000,000 sq ft, our prices go as low as .01/sq ft whereas for smaller facilities it can go as high as .25/sq ft.
